Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rower (max effort)
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Strength Focus:
- After completing the Tabata, perform 5 sets of 5 Deadlifts at a heavy weight.


Instructions:
- Push hard on the rower during each 20-second interval, aiming for max meters.
- Focus on maintaining good form during the Deadlifts, with a challenging weight that allows for proper technique.
- Rest as needed between the Tabata and Deadlift sets.
