  • SkiErg (calories)
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps/calories completed for each movement.
- Modify handstand push-ups with pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses.
- Scale toes-to-bar with hanging knee raises or sit-ups if needed.
