  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Skill: Double Unders (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and practicing Double Unders for each Tabata interval.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the Assault Bike and improving efficiency on the Double Unders.
- Score total calories on the Assault Bike and total Double Unders completed.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and use the rest intervals to recover and prepare for the next round.
