Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Deadlifts

Weightlifting:
- Deadlift weight: #225 / #155


Instructions:
- Perform as many peg board climbs and deadlifts as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
