Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and GHD Back Extensions for the 8 rounds.
- Focus on engaging your core throughout the entire movement.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and technique.
