Tabata Skill Barbell

Tabata:
- Barbell Thrusters
- Barbell Bent Over Rows
- Barbell Deadlifts
- Barbell Push Press


Skill Focus: Each movement will be performed for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round.


Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform each movement with good technique throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between each movement. This workout will challenge your strength and endurance, so push yourself while maintaining proper form.
