Tabata Skill Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • Toes-to-Bar

Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- 8 rounds per movement (total of 4 minutes per movement)


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Scale movements and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
