Tabata Weightlifting Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Peg Board Climbs
- Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort work on the peg board climbs, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, immediately transition to the deadlifts and perform another 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
Notes:
Scale the weight on the deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and intensity for each round.
