Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at high intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is the lowest number of reps completed in any round for each exercise.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval.
- For Handstand Push-ups, modify to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale Toes-to-Bar to hanging knee raises or sit-ups if necessary.
