Tabata Weightlifting Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
1. Peg Board Climbs
2. Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
- Perform as many peg board climbs or deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Alternate between peg board climbs and deadlifts for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
- Scale weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
