Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • 1. Rope Climbs
  • 2. Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 3. Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 4. Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
- Scale weights and heights as needed
- Rest 1 minute between movements
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent reps each round.
