Tabata Skill Kettlebell

Tabata:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Handstand Push-ups
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Choose a kettlebell weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
