Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata Workout:


  • Dumbbell Thrusters x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Snatches x 8 rounds

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata exercise. Focus on quality of movement and pushing yourself during the work intervals.
