Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Wall Balls
  • Burpees
  • Box Jumps
  • Double Unders

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Keep track of your reps for each movement and total them up at the end. This workout is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning. Good luck!
