Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Rope Climbs
    2. Deadlifts
    3. Hang Power Cleans
    4. Push Press

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Notes:
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts, hang power cleans, and push press that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups or another pulling movement if needed.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
