Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
1. GHD Sit-ups
2. Deadlifts
3. Russian Kettlebell Swings
4. Box Jumps


Equipment:
- GHD Machine
- Barbell for Deadlifts
- Kettlebell
- Box


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds of max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement.
- Adjust weights and heights as needed for your fitness level.
- Stay safe and maintain proper form throughout the workout.
