- Work on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in during the Tabata intervals.
Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Wall Balls and Double Unders.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Focus on breathing and pacing yourself to sustain intensity throughout each interval.
