Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
    2. Box Jumps (24/20 in)
    3. Push Press (95/65 lbs)
    4. Double-unders

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Adjust weights and heights as needed to ensure proper form and intensity.
