- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement

- Dumbbell Snatch


Workout:


  1. Dumbbell Snatch (alternating arms)
  2. Dumbbell Goblet Squats
  3. Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  4. Dumbbell Thrusters

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Focus on technique and speed during the work intervals.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
