Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata Intervals (20 sec on, 10 sec off) x 8 rounds:


  • Medicine Ball Slams
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers
  • Medicine Ball Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the four movements. This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and full body strength. Adjust the weight of the medicine ball as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata intervals.
