Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Weightlifting Focus:


  • Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
    • 5 Power Cleans
    • 5 Front Squats

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
After the Tabata portion, complete the weightlifting focus, alternating between 5 Power Cleans and 5 Front Squats every 2 minutes for a total of 5 sets. Adjust weight as needed to maintain form and intensity.
