Tabata:


  • Rope Climbs (4 minutes)
  • Power Snatches (4 minutes)

Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Rest 1 minute between switching movements. Score is total reps completed for each exercise.
