Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the 20-second work intervals.
