Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Rope Climbs
  • Hang Power Cleans
  • Push Press
  • Front Squats

Barbell Weight: 135/95 lbs


Instructions: Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Keep track of total reps for each movement to track progress.
