Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Stationary Bike
- Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike and 20 seconds of max effort handstand push-ups
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement
- Score is the total number of calories on the bike and total number of handstand push-ups completed


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups as needed
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval
