Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of Slam Balls
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Burpees
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Double Unders


Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform each movement at maximum effort for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds, alternating between the 4 movements. Keep track of your total reps for each movement and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
