Tabata Cardio GHD Machine

Tabata Cardio Circuit:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Assault Bike
    2. Rowing Machine
    3. GHD Sit-Ups
    4. Burpees

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all 4 movements.
