Tabata Gymnastics DumbbellTabata Workout:
- Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- Handstand Push-ups
- Dumbbell Goblet Squats
- Toes-to-Bar
Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement)
Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed across all movements
- Rest 1 minute between movements
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity
- Push hard during the work intervals and maximize rest during the rest intervals.
