- Barbell Thrusters
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and Barbell Thrusters. Keep track of total reps for each movement.
Score:
Total reps for GHD Sit-ups and Barbell Thrusters combined.
