Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata Intervals:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Weightlifting (Power Cleans)
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Stationary Bike:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort
- 10 seconds of Rest


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of Weightlifting, alternating between Power Cleans and Rest for 20 seconds and 10 seconds respectively.
- Immediately transition to the Stationary Bike and complete 8 rounds of max effort for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest.
- Repeat until all rounds are completed for each exercise.
- Score is total reps completed on the Weightlifting and total distance covered on the Stationary Bike.


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Power Cleans that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Push yourself on the Stationary Bike intervals to maximize your output in the short bursts of effort.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique while moving quickly during the intervals.
