  • GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Alternate between GHD Sit-Ups and GHD Hip Extensions.

Focus on quality movement and engaging your core throughout each round. Keep a steady pace and push yourself during the work intervals.
