  • GHD Sit-ups
  • GHD Back Extensions
  • Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Adjust weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
