  • GHD Sit-ups
  • GHD Back Extensions
  • Barbell Thrusters
  • Barbell Deadlifts

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Choose a challenging weight for the barbell movements that allows you to complete the 20 seconds of work with good form. Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
