Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Rope Climbs
  • Power Snatches

Equipment: Rope, Barbell


Instructions: Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between rope climbs and power snatches. Try to move quickly and efficiently during the work intervals and make sure to pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout all 8 rounds. Be sure to scale the weight on the power snatches as needed to maintain proper form.
