  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Burpees
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Dumbbell Snatches

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Rotate through all 4 movements for a total workout time of 16 minutes. Adjust dumbbell weight as needed for each movement.
