Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off):


  • Peg Board Climbs
  • Weighted Squat Cleans

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Alternate between Peg Board Climbs and Weighted Squat Cleans. For the Weighted Squat Cleans, use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals. Rest 1 minute between movements.


Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Barbell with weights


Notes:
This workout will challenge both your grip strength and weightlifting ability. Focus on efficiency on the Peg Board and maintaining good form on the Squat Cleans throughout the Tabata intervals.
