Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

  • GHD Sit-ups
  • Deadlifts

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. For GHD Sit-ups, adjust the machine to your desired difficulty level. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
