Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of each exercise, alternating between the two movements. Each round consists of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed for each exercise.


Notes:
Choose weights that allow you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata workout. Rest as needed between movements to ensure proper recovery.
