Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Peg Board Climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of climbs completed.


Notes:
Ensure proper technique and safety precautions are taken when performing the Peg Board Climbs. Scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
