Skill:


  • Double-unders (4 minutes of practice)

Instructions:
- For the Tabata portion, push hard during the 20 seconds of work and recover during the 10 seconds of rest.
- Focus on improving your double-under technique during the skill portion.
- Total workout time: 8 minutes for the Tabata portion, 4 minutes for the skill portion.
