Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1. Rope Climbs
  • 2. Power Snatches
  • 3. Box Jumps
  • 4. Thrusters

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
