Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest):


  • Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • Handstand Push-ups

Score: Total reps completed across all rounds.


Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of max effort work on each movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement. Rest 1 minute between the Slam Ball and Handstand Push-up portions. Good luck!
