Tabata Gymnastics GHD MachineTabata:
- GHD Sit-ups
- Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each exercise, alternating between GHD Sit-ups and Handstand Push-ups.
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total reps completed for each exercise.
