Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Double-unders
    2. Burpees

Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Immediately transition to performing as many burpees as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
