Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • 1. Weightlifting: Deadlifts
  • 2. Weightlifting: Push Press
  • 3. Peg Board Climbs
  • 4. Rest

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement).
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Adjust weight for Deadlifts and Push Press as needed.
- Scale Peg Board Climbs to Rope Climbs or Rope Pulls if necessary.
