Tabata Skill Kettlebell

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    3. Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
    4. Kettlebell Russian Twists

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Keep a steady pace and focus on quality reps during each work interval.
