Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Wall Balls
    • Barbell Thrusters

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
Complete as many reps as possible of Wall Balls during the 20 seconds of work, then switch to Barbell Thrusters during the next 20 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Rest for 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed for both movements.
