Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Overhead Lunges
- Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists


Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball (choose weight based on ability)


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
