Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Wall Balls
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to Burpees and repeat the same Tabata structure.
- Score is total number of reps completed for both movements.
