Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • Stationary Bike
  • Deadlifts

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike and 20 seconds of deadlifts for 8 rounds total.
- Score is total reps completed for deadlifts.
- Adjust weight on deadlifts to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Push hard during the work intervals and focus on recovery during the rest intervals.
